When you are in proper alignment your body will be relatively straight from head to toe. If your body is misaligned you can feel pain in various parts of your body ranging from headaches to sore feet or discomfort in any joints, muscles or nerves in between.

Have you experienced a fall at work? Do you do any repetitive motion at your job? Muscles can become stiff and sore with impact or repetition. When this goes untreated, or is not complemented by maintaining proper posture or exercise, it can cause lasting discomfort. This can be a result of subluxation, a slight misalignment of the vertebrae. The pressure on the nerve root causes malfunction in your joints, muscles, nerves and tissues.
Sometimes misalignment can be prevented by correcting one’s posture and staying fresh on exercise. THroughout the day bring your attention to your posture. Do you notice you slump forward? You could be out of alignment. Also watch how you pick up objects, be sure to use your legs not your back. If you notice discomfort in any daily activities you could be out of alignment.
